Omaja Art Therapy and Creations was founded by Dr. Ritu Saxena, a visionary academician and post-doctorate fellow at UGC. Dr Ritu Saxena is a follower of Hindu religious practices, believes in Hindu goddesses and gods, and is a devotee of Sai Baba. She gives equal respect to all religions and believes in the divine light of “Sab Ka Malik Ek” (One God for All).Â
In 2015, Dr Ritu Saxena embarked on a profound journey into Buddhism and Sai Baba devotees explored various spiritual scriptures and philosophies, seeking answers to life’s challenging situations. Driven by a compassionate quest to understand why suffering occurs—whether it aims to destroy or transform human life—she delved deep into these existential questions.

My vision is to create a world where every individual can access and harness their inner strengths and potentials. By integrating holistic and therapeutic art modalities, I aim to foster an environment where emotional and mental well-being are prioritized, leading to a more compassionate, dignified, harmonious and fulfilled life.

Through art therapy, crystal therapy, chakra guidance, meditations, and counselling sessions, I strive to equip them with practical and profound tools for personal growth and healing.

Join Dr. Ritu’s monthly online Webinar, where members come together to explore their creativity, share experiences, and support each other in a therapeutic setting. This is a space for healing with creativity in a group setting. Each month, a different theme or technique will be explored using a variety of material to add depth to the creative experience. Two time slots with the same activity will be offered in different time zones.
